1. Introduction

OneMillionWebs (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") provides business automation, website development, and AI-driven developer portal services. By accessing our platform at 1millionwebs.com or using our associated services, you ("User", "Client", or "Developer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Creoastra (the parent company).

2. Definitions

Platform

The OneMillionWebs website and developer portal infrastructure.

Services

Website creation, AI agent deployment, hosting management, and support.

Data Principal

As defined under India's DPDPA, the individual whose personal data is processed.

Data Subject

As defined under EU GDPR, the identified or identifiable natural person.

3. Scope of Services

OneMillionWebs operates as a SaaS (Software as a Service) provider for digital presence. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Automated website project onboarding through our Wizard.
  • Integration with third-party providers such as Zoho, GitHub, and Vercel.
  • AI-driven development suggestions and business logic automation via "Antigravity".
  • Project lifecycle management for developers through the "Process Control Center".

4. Legal Compliance (India/EU)

INIndia Compliance

We operate in full accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023. Data processing within India follows specific consent mechanisms, and grievance redressal is handled by our designated Grievance Officer.

EUEuropean Union (GDPR)

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We implement Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for cross-border data transfers and ensure the enforcement of rights such as Data Portability and the "Right to be Forgotten".

5. Payments & Refunds

We use Razorpay as our primary payment processor for both India and international transactions. By subscribing to our plans (Starter, Bridge, Professional, Elite AI), you agree to:

  • Automated recurring billing cycles as selected during the onboarding process.
  • Payments are non-refundable once the development phase (Milestone 2) has commenced.
  • Taxes applicable in India (GST) or relevant EU VAT will be calculated at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, and proprietary algorithms used to power OneMillionWebs remain the exclusive property of Creoastra. However:

"Upon full payment of the project and maintenance fees, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the developed website and its associated content."

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (IT Act Section 79 for India, and GDPR Recitals for EU), OneMillionWebs shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or data resulting from third-party hosting failures (Vercel/Zoho).
  • Errors in AI-generated content or code that are not manually reviewed by the user.
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our "Acceptable Use Policy" or fail to fulfill payment obligations. Upon termination, access to the Developer Portal will be revoked immediately.
